arations for paving on Franklin Street, 5th Street and the 5th Street parking lot. Final grading is being worked on now with the milling operation to take place on Wednesday, and paving to start end of the week, (Friday & Saturday most likely). The area will be closed during this time. Please follow the posted signs. Residents will need to park outside the area for the final days.
