INVITATION FOR BIDS
The City of Oregon, Illinois, will receive sealed bids for an ADA Improvements project until 11:00 o’clock A.M. on the 14th day of July, at the City Hall, located at 115 North 3rd Street, Oregon, Illinois 61061 at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The proposed work consists of one contract: “New Accessible Ramp and New Emergency Egress Stairs – City of Oregon Coliseum” and includes concrete steps and sidewalk removal and new sidewalk, steps and accessible ramp construction on the south side of the existing building. The contract also includes the removal of existing concrete steps and railings on the north side of the building, and the replacement of those steps with steel steps on a concrete pad.
