BIDS:
The City of Oregon, Illinois, is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide weekly flower watering, care, and maintenance services. All proposals must be received no later than April 10th, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Late submissions will not be considered.
Bids will be opened April 10th, 2026, at 9:15 a.m. at Oregon City Hall.
Bids will be approved by City Council on April 14th, 2026.
