DISPOSAL OF PERSONAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE CITY OF OREGON
When the City of Oregon has determined that it is no longer necessary or useful to, or in the best interest of, the City of Oregon to retain ownership of personal property the council can authorize the City Manager to dispose of the by transfer of ownership, The City Clerk will maintain a list of the disposed personal property according to State record retention laws.
